RRP XXL - Extra-large friction pulley perfectly sized for industrial applications
The RRP XXL, Factor 55’s largest pulley ring, has a working load limit (WLL) of 56,000 lbs. at a 3:1 safety factor, and 34,000 lbs. at a 5:1 safety factor—ideal for industrial applications requiring the heaviest pulls. Made from billet machined 6000-series aluminum makes the RRP XXL weigh just 4.25 lbs.—a fraction of what a traditional industrial snatch block weighs. For Synthetic Rope Diameters 1/2 to 3/4 in (12 - 19 mm).
A lightweight alternative to traditional heavy snatch blocks/pulley, the RRP XXL can be used to increase pulling power or redirect the winch line. During momentary slack, patented rope retention rubber fingers prevent the synthetic winch rope from escaping the pulley groove stopping premature rope failure.
The oversized hole radius provides a smooth rubbing surface and keeps the soft shackle’s legs from rubbing on the edges of the RRP XXL. The critical friction surface has also been Teflon™ treated to increase slickness and heat dissipation.

Our Industrial Standard Duty Soft Shackle has a larger diameter to handle higher loads, and is designed to be used as a lightweight replacement for common steel screw pin shackles. It is constructed of UHMWPE 12 Strand Rope.
