Free Ground Shipping on Orders $199 or More
We offer free Ground Shipping on all orders of $199 or more (not including tax or discounts).
Ground Shipping
All items that are non-LTL/Truck Freight items will be shipped via Ground Shipping. Shipping Rates vary based on the weight and dimensions of the item.
Truck Freight Shipping
Oversized items that can not be shipped via Ground will be shipped via LTL/Truck Freight at a flat rate per item.
Factor 55 Return Policy
Factor 55 offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from your date of purchase to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in new, unused, unworn condition.
- All original packaging and tags must be included.
- Items not returned in new condition will incur a 10% restocking fee.
To begin a return, contact us at sales@factor55.com If your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number. Please include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package. Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available. To request an exchange, email sales@factor55.com Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process the credit.
Items returned in less-than-new condition are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Shipping Costs
Factor 55 will cover shipping to or from the delivery address only if:
- The returned item is defective, or
- The item was incorrectly shipped.
